These Terms & Conditions govern your use of starkepizza.com and any order placed with Starke Pizza ("we", "us"), located at 1900 Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19103. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if delivery is outside our area, an item is unavailable, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order you will receive a full refund.

2. Pricing & Payment

All pizzas are priced at $49.99 USD. A flat delivery fee of $4.00 applies per order. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed by Square, Inc. By paying you also agree to Square's terms.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. You must provide an accurate address and phone number and be available to receive the order. See our Delivery Policy for details.

4. Allergens

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts and other allergens. We cannot guarantee any item is free of allergens.

5. Refunds

Refunds and credits are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or interfere with its operation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the Starke Pizza name, logo, photos and text, is our property and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
